Today was such a great day. It began with the wonderful smells and sensations that let us all know that spring is on its way! That definitely put a smile on my face. I love the season change from winter to spring. For some reason it reminds me of being a kid again.
Tonight I had a skype date with the lovely miss Davenport. So my great day also ended on a great note. (how many times can I say great??)
Anyway, we had some technical difficulties in the beginning but within minutes everything was up and running just fine and I was surprised that we'd talked for nearly three hours! The time really did fly. Here I have put a still frame of our conversation so that my family could finally put a face to the name. (Don't worry, I wasn't creepy-sneaky. She knew I took this, haha) Usually her hair is very curly and I thought it was funny that she said she straightened it for me so I could see what it looked like straight because this morning I actually straightened my hair for the same purpose but then it rained all afternoon and well....let's just say my morning self was not the same night time reflection.

But it was so lovely talking with you again Simone! I really hope we can make it a regular thing :) And thanks for putting up with my 'pasty' image. I swear, I looked transparent on the computer screen! I know I'm white, but not that white..usually.
And also tell your dad it was nice meeting him and that I say "thank you for the compliment!" haha.
